All selling brand new products in this website are fully guaranteed against defective materials and manufacturing faults for 12 months or 6 months as stated from the date of purchase.
This guarantee does not cover for damage of any unit caused by misuse,accident or in anyway being tampered with.
1)Original receipt is required for any warranty return issue.
2)All good sold are not refundable unless stated.
3)Artworkfoto is not responsible for any damage of buyer's own equipments due to misuse,manufacturer's defect and or any connection with the product that purchased from us.
4)One-to-one exchange policy is only for manufacturer's defected faulty item,does not cover for over-use and misuse items.And also subject to availability of stock,and if the model is discontinue,it will be exchanged with similar new model.
